The ingredients needed to make Fried Egg Noodles:
- Get 400 grams egg noodle
- Take 1 clove garlic
- Take 1 green pepper
- Take 1 onion
- Prepare 1/2 cup carrots
- Prepare 3 small tomatoes
- Get 1 chilli powder
- Get 1 soy sauce
Steps to make Fried Egg Noodles:
- Chop all veggies into desired size and grate carrot.
- Bring noodle water to a boil and saute onions,green pepper,and garlic in a reasonably sized wok.
- When the water has started boiling, put the noodles in for the required amount of time (should say on back of package). While the noodles are cooking and when the onions and green peppers are done, add the tomatoes and carrots to the wok.
- Fry the veggies until completely ready, add more oil if necessary.
- Strain all the water from the noodles. Remove wok from heat and add the noodles. Mix until noodles get a yellowish color from the tomatoes and carrots.
- Add chilli and soy sauce to taste. :-)
