  3. Take 1.1/2 Juice of lemon
  4. Get 1/2 tsp rock salt
  5. Prepare 2 tsp sabja seeds
  6. Take 1 green chillies slit
  7. Prepare 1/2 cup ice cubes
  8. Prepare 1/4 cup water

  1. Dissolve sugar in water over medium heat until completely dissolved. Switch off. Allow to cool completely. Refrigerate until ready to use
  2. Dissolve sabja seeds in 1/4 cup water for 30 minutes to 1 hour
  3. In a shaker or mason jar with lid or bottle with tight lid, add sugar syrup and 2 TSP bloated sabja seeds. Squeeze juice of lemon in shaker. Depending on sourness required, add lemon juice. Add slit green chillies, salt and ice cubes. Now close the lid and shake vigorously for 4-5 minutes
  4. Pour the juice in serving glass and serve immediately
