  1. Firstly boil falooda sev and place the prepared sev in ice cubes or in cold water and refrigerate until use.
  2. Soak sabja seeds in water for 10-15 minutes and set aside.
  3. Blend mango puree with 2 tbsp sugar powder and 1/2 cup of milk, refrigerate until use.
  4. Take the chilled serving glass and add pre-prepared mango puree in bottom of the glass followed by 2 tbsp of sabja seeds.
  5. Next layer with 2 tbsp rabdi, then 2 tbsp of falooda sev followed by 2 tbsp rabdi again.
  6. Then Sprinkle some chop dry fruits on it.
  7. Finally place a scoop of mango ice cream on the top.
  8. Garnish with sliced nuts or dry fruits or you can also use Cherry as per your preference.
