  2. Prepare 2 Alphonso mangoes

Instructions to make Mango Rabri:
  1. Boil milk on heavy bottom pan on full flame stirring in between.
  2. When milk remains 2/3 add sugar, saffron strands and chopped dry fruits in it.
  3. Now off the flame and cool it completely.
  4. Peel mangoes and make pulp of it..and cut 1-2 slices in small dice.
  5. Add this pulp and pieces of mango in cool milk.. Mix it and refrigerate it.
  6. Serve it cool..very delicious dessert for summer.
