- Here I have used vermicelli for falooda…any thick one can be used…divide it into bowls and add roohafza/rosesyrup to one bowl and khus syrup the green one to the other bowl…
- Put sabja seeds in a glass of water and keep aside…make custard with half litre milk and add 2 heaped tsp of custard powder +sugar..cook and let it cool…
- Chop fruits into cubes like apple, mango, banana or any of ur choice….chp nuts like almonds cashews and raisins…
- Take a glass of milk and add rose syrup…
- Assemble….Take a glass add the falooda sev in bottom and the sabja seeds+ custard +some fruits +jellies and again top with falooda sev +sabja+ fruits,nuts +rose milk and icecreamn yop with nuts…can aseemble as per ur choice…tadaa special falooda is ready to serve….
