- For Chilli Paneer Gravy :: Take a bowl put corn starch and add 3/4 cup of water, mix gradually in it and make fine paste. Keep aside.

- Now add tomato, capsicum and salt. Saute for 30 seconds.
- Add all sauces one by one and also combine vinegar, ajinomoto, pepper powder. Mix well.
- Now mix water and stir continously. When one boil comes add corn starch water. Mix well and stir continously until becomes samy thick gravy. Add Paneer cubes and cook for 30 seconds. Turn off the heat. Chilli Paneer is ready to serve.
