  5. Heat the oil and fry the potato balls over medium heat until golden brown. This takes about 2 minutes. Toss it gently so as not to break the crumb-coat. Once browned remove and place on a paper towel for them to drain excess oil and continue frying the rest.
  6. Arrange your balls well on a tray and garnish with chopped dhania or green onions.
