- Heat a pan add water salt&1tsp oil. Whenever water started boiling put the noodles &cooked till it's becomes tende.Strain the water,&wash with cold water & keep it aside.Heat another pan add oil put chop garlic sauted.
- Add onion sauted till it's becomes tender.Than add cabbaga&carrot sauted 1-2mints.Than.add all other ingredient mix well &cook nicely.
- Add boiled noodles mix it well.Add oregano,mixherb, & blak pepperpowder mix well.Cooked another mints.Vegetable noodles is ready.Serve with egg Manchurian.
