This stew marries the distinct flavor of okra with a zesty tomato sauce & tender chunks of beef. In this okra stew, beef cubes are always used. I use beef shank but you can use whatever beef you use for stew. You can use either bone-in meat or bone.

- Let cook for about 5 minutes add potatoes liquid and all add olives liquid too stir well let simmer five minutes add tomatoes add noodles.
- Let cook till noodles are done about 3-4 minutes remove from heat add cheese
- Serve and enjoy if you cant get Italian tomatoes just add oregano and basil a pinch of each, if you can't get olives in water drain the olives add quarter cup water..if you can't get Korean flat noodles use ramen.
