The ingredients needed to make Dry Chilli paneer:
  1. Prepare 400 gms cottage cheese or paneer
  2. Prepare 2 medium-sized onion
  3. Make ready 1 big sized capsicum
  4. Make ready 1/2 cup cabbage and carrots julions
  5. Get 1 tsp ginger julions
  6. Get 2 tsp chopped garlic
  7. Make ready 2 tsp ginger, green chilli and garlic freshly crushed
  8. Prepare 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  9. Get to taste Salt
  10. Prepare as required Oil for frying+1tbsp
  11. Take 1-1/2 tsp vinegar, chilli & tomato sauce each
  12. Make ready 2 tsp dark soya sauce
  13. Get 2 tbsp cornflour
  14. Get 1 tbsp refined flour
  15. Make ready 1 bowl Finely chopped spring onions
  16. Prepare 2-3 slited green chillies
Instructions to make Dry Chilli paneer:
  1. Wash paneer & veggies properly. Then chopped in cubes size.
  2. Marinate paneer cubes with 1 tbsp refined flour, 1tbsp cornflour, salt, 1 tsp ginger chilli garlic crush. Keep aside for 15-20 mins.
  3. Heat oil in wok fry paneer cubes in golden colour.
  4. In same wok take out extra oil leave 1tbsp. Add crush, sliced chillies, chopped garlic saute in high flame for 30sec add onions saute for 1 min add capsicum cook on high 1 min LA now add all the veggies except spring onion green add sauces, saltand pander toss and add cornflour slurry(1tbsp) toss &add green spring onion and black pepper.chill pander is ready for serving.
