  1. Soak Sabja in water for at least half hour.
  2. In deep vessel add gulkand,on it pour chilled milk. Whisk together with hand blender for few minutes.
  3. In tall glass add 2 tbsp of sabja, on it pour chilled gulkand shake.
  4. On it place scoop of vanilla ice cream. Sprinkle almond pistachio flakes. Decorate with dried rose petals.
