- Take a bowl, add hung curd and beat it for a min using hand mixer.
- Now add amul cream to it and beat again for a min or two until the creamy texture is achieved.
- Now add mango puree, chia seeds, vanilla essence and sugar and mix well with the help of a spatula and the hand mixer.
- Lastly, add mango pieces, almonds, cashews & pistachios, mix well, cover the bowl with lid and keep this inside refrigerator for 2-3 hours or untill set.
- Serve this dessert in serving bowl, garnish with nuts, mango pieces and cherries.
