- Fry onion paste, garlic, ginger & green chillies, Add jeera, long, Elachi, dal chinni
- Add tomatoes and add little salt.. let it fry, add biryani Masala now & add dry fruits
- Add chicken, cover the kadhai.. and let the Masala absorb in Chicken
- After 1/2 an hour, put rice and remaining salt + water.
- Check the rice and mix accordingly.. switch off the gas after 10 mints and cover the kadhai,, put the heavy bartaan or chakla on it for few mints..
- Now it's ready to serve.
