- Heat a pan add ghee and roast sevai,almonds,cashews & raisins on slow flame.
- When roasting aroma of sevai release & dryfruits turns pink add milk,saffron soaked milk and sugar stir continuously till sevai is cooked. Add elaichi / cardamom powder and mix well.
- Cool sevai kheer and add mango pulp and mix well keep in the refrigerator for 4-5 hrs. Garnish with dry fruits and serve Yummy Mango Sevai kheer in a plate.
