- Take paneer & add turmeric powder-1/2 tsp, salt-1/2 tsp, red chilli powder-1/2 tsp, black pepper powder-1/2 tsp, garam masala-1/2 tsp, soya sauce-1 tbsp, chilli sauce-1 tbsp, ararot-1 tbsp & maida.
- Mix it well & take aside.
- Take ararot 1.5 tbsp & water in a bowl. Make a fine slury & take aside.
- Heat kadai & add 4 tbsp refined oil. Then add marinated paneer into this hot oil. Fry till golden brown & then take aside.
- Add 2 tbsp refined oil to the same kadai. Then add ginger & garlic paste and green chillies. Cook it for 2 minutes in high flame.
- Add onions & capsicum, fry it on high flame for 2 minutes.
- Add black pepper powder 1/2 tsp, red chilli powder 1/2 tsp, salt 1 tsp, soya sauce 2 tbsp, chilli sauce 2 tbsp, tomato sauce 1 tbsp & food colour(optional) into this kadai. Mix them well.
- Add fried paneer & mix them well.
- Finally add ararot slury. Cook it for 1 minute & then ready to serve.
