  2. Take pan and heat up oil. Once oil gets heated up deep fry that panner cubes to golden in colour. And put then aside.
  3. Take small katori and add 2 tspoon cornflour and add 4-5 tpoon water into it. Keep it aside.
  4. Now take another pan add 2 tspoon oil and once it gets heated up add chopped garlic and green chilles. Saute it for 1 min.
  5. Then add capsicum and onion and stirr them at high flame for about 1 min (don't overcook) it should be crunchy.
  6. Now add red chilli sauce, tomato ketchup, soya sauce, vinegar, red chilli powder, 1/2 tspoon black pepper, salt and mix it well.
  7. Add cornflour water and mix it well. Now add fried paneer and give it quick stirr. Add coriander and put flame off.
  8. Serve hot with some spring onion garnishing.
