- Take pan and heat up oil. Once oil gets heated up deep fry that panner cubes to golden in colour. And put then aside.
- Take small katori and add 2 tspoon cornflour and add 4-5 tpoon water into it. Keep it aside.
- Now take another pan add 2 tspoon oil and once it gets heated up add chopped garlic and green chilles. Saute it for 1 min.
- Then add capsicum and onion and stirr them at high flame for about 1 min (don't overcook) it should be crunchy.
- Now add red chilli sauce, tomato ketchup, soya sauce, vinegar, red chilli powder, 1/2 tspoon black pepper, salt and mix it well.
- Add cornflour water and mix it well. Now add fried paneer and give it quick stirr. Add coriander and put flame off.
- Serve hot with some spring onion garnishing.
