- Prepare 1/2 kg Handvo flour
- Take 1/2 litre buttermilk

- Take 1 tbsp grated garlic

- Take 1 tbsp red Kashmiri chilli powder
- Prepare 1 tsp kitchen king masala
- Make ready 1 tsp baking powder
- Prepare 1/2 tsp baking soda
- Prepare For Tempering:-
- Prepare 2 tbsp oil
- Take 1 tsp mustard
- Make ready 1 tsp cumin
- Make ready 1tbsp saunf / fennal seeds
- Make ready 2 tsp black sesame
- Take 1 tsp asafoetida
- Prepare 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- Get 1 tbsp chopped Cashews
- Prepare 1 tbsp raisins
- Get 10 curry leaves
- Make ready For Green Chutney:-
- Prepare 1 cup chopped coriander
- Get 2 Green chopped chilli
- Prepare 1/2 inch piece of ginger chopped
- Take 1/2 lemon's juice
- Take To taste Salt as per taste
- Make ready 1 tbsp roasted peanut powder
- Get 1 tbsp sugar
- Get 1/2 tsp cumin
- Take 1 tbsp water
Instructions to make Shahi Handvo Idli:
- Soak handvo flour with buttermilk for overnight cover with lid and put heavy stone on it for fermentation.
- Next day add salt, carrot, Bottle Gourd, Sprouted Moog, garlic, green Chilli, ginger, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander, cumin powder, kitchen king masala, baking powder, baking soda and mix well, heat oil in a small kadai & add cumin, mustard, black sesame, saunf,cashews, raisins, when starts cracking add curry leaves and asafoetida and turn off gas pour on handvo batter and mix it properly.
- Pour ready mixture in greased with ghee Idli plates with spoon and steam it for 10- minutes in idli cooker.
- Unmould Idlis from plate and Serve hot Healthy, Tasty, Shahi Handvo Idli with green Chutney.
- For Chutney grind all the ingredients in mixer into smooth paste.
- Serve shahi handvo Idli with yummy green Chutney.
