  2. Make ready 1/2 bowl basmati rice

  7. Make ready Cardamom powder of 4 cardamom's
  8. Prepare 2 tb sp desiccated coconut powder

Steps to make Mango Kheer:
  1. Boil milk in a pan. When milk comes to boiling point Lower the flame and Add washed rice in it and let it simmer on low flame for 10 minutes keep stirring in between.
  2. Chop dry fruits and Keep ready with desiccated coconut and magaj.
  3. Add sugar, cardamoms powder and dry fruits and cook on low flame for 5 minutes or till rice absorbs milk.
  4. In between peel mangoes and chop and grind in mixer to a smooth pulp. Mix essence.
  5. Remove kheer in a serving bowl and refrigerate it for 2 hours.
  6. When it gets chilled place it in a bowl and place mango pulp over it. Garnish with chopped almonds and pistachio and serve chilled.
