  1. Boil potatoes and mash them. While still hot add the butter and mix well till fully incorporated.
  2. Add chopped garlic, green chilly, salt, chaat masala, jeera powder, coriander leaves and mix thourougly (preferably wth ur hand)
  3. Cut bread slices into 4 triangles. On each triangle spread the potato mixture generously. 
  4. Dip both sides of the bread nicely in beaten egg and fry them in oil. You may either deep fry or shallow fry it. (Prefer shallow fried). Serve hot..enjoy!!👍
