  1. Wash rice separately in bowl. Wash jowar separately. Mix moong dal, udad dal and methi seeds, and wash.
  2. Soak in normal water, everything separately in bowls.
  3. Adter soaking, drain the water.
  4. Grind to fine batter.
  5. Add salt as per taste.
  6. Fry all ingredients for chutney.
  7. Grind to paste.
  8. Serve chutney with jowari dosa.
