  5. Take 4 tbsp Dessicated Coconut
  6. Make ready 1 tbsp Roasted Sesame Seeds

  1. Heat up the oil in a pan on medium flame. Add garlic cloves and saute for 2 to 3 minutes on medium flame. - Now add whole dry chillies, roasted peanuts and roasted sesame seeds. Mix and saute for 4 to 5 mins continuously stirring.
  2. Further add dessicated coconut, salt and mix well. Switch off the flame and let the mixture cool down. - Once cooled grind it coarsely and keep in an airtight container.
  3. Delicious, spicy Garlic Chutney is ready to use. You can store this chutney in an airtight container in refrigerator for one to two weeks.
