- Whisk the eggs, sugar and butter with vanilla essence. Add in the melted chocolate. Gently fold in the flour.
- Pour the batter into the individual muffin liners in the tray or in the ramekin moulds. Fill upto 3/4 th of the liners as these cuppies won't rise much. So not to worry at all.
- Bake in a preheated oven on 180°for about 12 to 14 mins. Preheat the oven prior to mixing the ingredients for 10 minutes atleast.
- Press a spoon on the cuppies to check if they are done. If the spoon doesn't sink it means they are done. Don't over bake them. They are usually done in 15 mins. Let them cool on the rack and serve them while they are still warm with a generous dollop of vanilla icecream. Enjoy!
