- Make ready 1/2 tsp cummin seeds (shahi jeera)

- Get 1 tsp fresh ginger garlic paste
- Prepare 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- Get 1 tsp red chilli powder
- Get 1 tbsp dhania jeera powder
- Get 1/4 cup fresh malai (from top of milk)
- Get to taste Salt
- Prepare 1/4 tsp garam masala
- Get 1 tsp hand crushed kasuri methi
- Get 1 tbsp chopped green coriander leaves
Steps to make Crushed Shahi Paneer:
- Soak cashewnuts pieces in warm water for 1/2 hour. After 1/2 hour grind to smooth paste. Keep aside.
- In kadhai add & heat 1 tsp oil. Add chopped onion and chillies pieces. Saute for 2 minutes. As it cool down,grind it in mixer jar to make paste.
- In same kadhai add remaining oil. Add shahi jeera, add onion- chilli paste and saute till brown in colour.
- Wash tomato and chopped into pieces. Grind in mixer grinder jar to make purée. Add ginger-garlic paste, tomato puree to sauted onion mixture.
- Cook on medium flame till oil comes out. Add prepared cashewnuts paste. Mix and saute for 1 minute.
- Add all spices,salt and cook till mixture thickens and oil separate.
- Add paneer mix and cook for 2 minutes. Add 1/2 cup water cook for 2 minutes.
- Add malai mix well. Add and mix garam masala, crushed kasuri methi, coriander leaves and cook for 2 minutes.
- Serve/Relish Hot Delicious Crushed Shahi Paneer with Parathas.
