  2. Soak the tamarind and gud in hot water and keep aside. After half an hour squeeze it and boil it til it bcomes a thick paste
  3. Wash and cut the bitter gourds into small thin rounds
  4. Stir fry the bitter gourds with 1 tsp ghee in a non stick pan
  5. Let the bitter gourds bcom brown. Add salt and dry spices and toss dem well
  6. Now simmer the gas and add half quantity of the tamarind paste and half quantity of the roasted coconut powder and mix well
  7. Now cut rounds from the sliced breads and apply the tamarind paste on the bread and arrange 3-4 pieces of bitter gourds and sprinkle roasted coconut powder on it
