- Heat up oil, fry onions with cumin seeds till light brown, then add ginger garlic paste and fry for 30 seconds then add tomatoes and spices.
- When tomatoes gone soft and lloks like gravy, add soaked lentils (Maash daal and chanadaal).
- Cook and give it dummm. After 30 minutes, cook it on high flame till the oil comes out. Add green chillies and fresh coriander leaves.
- Serve with chapat and lemon salad.
