- Prepare 1/2 cup oil
- Get 250 gm mash ki dal
- Get 2 onion chopped

Instructions to make Mash Daal:
- Soak mash daal for 1 hour, wash & drain.
- Boil mash daal in enough water, drain & keep aside.
- Heat oil, fry onions over medium heat until soft.
- Add ginger garlic paste, tomatoes & spices & fry for 5 to 6 min.
- Add daal & continue to cook on medium flame for 10 min.
- Bhagar kay liye….. take a pan add oil, sabut gol mirchay or cumin seeds fry until they get crispy, then pour over the prepared daal.
- Serve with roti / rice & enjoy…
