Get a small eating plate, pour in little cassava flour, mix with water and pour into the soup to thicken it.
- Stir lightly so the fish doesn't brittle. Allow it to boil for a minute and serve. Ini yinko fufuru is best served with ije rogo (cassava meal) or ije itchi (pounded yam). I had mine with ije rogo. Bon Appétit ♥
