  1. Slice boiled beef/pomo, wash dried fish with warm water and set aside. Blend groundnut, blend scotch bonnet with tomato and onions. Wash ugu neatly and set aside
  2. Put your pot on fire, add palm oil, allow oil to be a bit hot, pour in the tomato, scotch bonnet and onion that you blended together. Fry for about 3-5mins depending on the heat 🔥
  3. Add seasoning, salt to taste, pour in boiled beef, pomo, dried fish and locust beans and stir together. Add the stock from the beef you boiled, add some quantity of water, allow it to boil for a few minutes, pour in your blended groundnut, stir and allow to boil so it could get thick to your taste. Then add ugu leaves, stir and put out fire.
  4. Serve with semo, pounded yam or any swallow of your choice. I had mine with semo. Bon Appétit
