- In a mixing bowl add 1 tsp cornflour, 1 tsp maida, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, salt, little water and make a paste.
- Now marinate the paneer cubes with this mixture and keep for 10 mins.
- Heat oil in a pan and deep fry this marinated paneer cubes on a medium flame till golden brown and transfer to the kitchen absorbent paper.
- In the same oil add chopped ginger and garlic, sauté along with chopped green chilli.
- Now add chopped spring, onion along with chopped capsicum and stir fry.
- Add soya sauce, chilli sauce and little water and cook for a min.
- In a mixing bowl add 1 tsp corn flour, little water and make a paste. Add this paste to the gravy and stir.
- When the gravy starts to thickens add fried paneer cubes and coat with the masala. Cook for 3 to 4 mins.
- Add vinegar and salt and stir and off the gas burner. Garnish chilli paneer restaurant style with chopped spring onion.
