  4. Mean while cook the yam usually cook along with the fish but I cooked separately and pound it until its really soft
  5. Add to the soup to thicken it cover and allow to melt into the soup ofe Nsala is usually a light soup so the consistency should be light. add the utazi leaf I used the dried ones for this recipe
