  2. Get 1 medium potato

  1. Mash the potato and add in turmeric powder, salt, ginger garlic, coriander leaves and green chilli. (I have used red chilli since green chilli wasn't available.)
  2. Apply the mixture on one side of bread and cover it with the other piece of bread.
  3. Make a paste of liquid consistency using besan, salt and turmeric powder.
  4. Cut the bread into half and dip in the besan paste.
  5. Once the oil is hot put the bread and fry till golden brown on both sides.
  6. Serve with sauce or green chutney
