  10. Prepare 1/2 teaspoon of Hing(asfodifa powder)
  11. Get as per taste Salt
  12. Prepare 1/2 cup water (150 ml)
  13. Get 50 ml oil mustard,
  14. Take 1 red chilli and
  15. Prepare as required curry leaves for tempering

Instructions to make Mixed Spicy chutney:
  1. Wash all ingredients and Chopped everything into medium size.
  2. Keep the pan and pour 2 tablespoons of oil wait upto oil getting heat then add the ingredients one by one into the pan and give lite stir with the medium flame for 10 mins till onion turned to lite golden colour.
  3. After 10 min turnoff the flame and let it get cool for 5 mins.after that transferred to mixey jar, put Salt and add water to make fine paste.
  4. For tempering keep one vessel pour the balance oil let it heat then put mustred sees,red chilli and add that paste into the tempering and cook it for 5 mins in low flame.
