- Add sugar and saffron strands,mix well. Add hot water and stirring constantly till ghee separate.
- Add & mix cardamom powder and off the flame.
- Fill prepared Alphonso Mango Sheera in bowl upto it's brim. Invert it on flat plate. Garnish /Decorate with blanched & chopped almonds slices and Alphonso mango slices as shown.
- Serve Delicious Alphonso Mango Sheera.
