- Take Green chilli half cut
- Take leaves Green coriander
- Take slices Lemon
- Prepare Green mint chopped
- Prepare 1/4 tsp food color
- Take 5 tbsp milk (mix food color)
Instructions to make Barbeque Beef Tikka Biryani:
- First pour Ghee in a pan and add oinons for frying.
- Add meat with Ginger Garlic paste and cook until turn it's cook and all moisture dries from it.
- Add water (as required) and cook for 15 minutes in pressure cooker the is meat is tender.
- Mean while mix the biryani Masala in yoghurt and red chilli whole.
- Now add yoghurt and cook on high flame. when Gravy become thick and Ghee separates.
- Then add Garam Masala Powder and mix well. At top place foil with burning coal and immediately cover the pan.
- Soak the rice 15 minutes.
- Boil the rice add Black cardamom,zeera, cinnamon stick and green cardamom. When rice is 3/4 done drain in a stainer.
- Mix the color in milk
- Put a little ghee or oil in the base of pan and make a layer of the rice.
- Add the layer of prepared beef and covered with a second layer of rice.
- Garnish the green chilli, fresh coriander leaves,mint and lemon slices.
- Add the food color and cover the lid.
- Low heat flame on stove then place a flat tawa under Neath it and simmer for 15 minutes for low flame.
- Mix gently and serve hot with Salad and Raita.
