Steps to make My super yummy Masa🍽:
  1. First you cook some small amount of rice, per boiled or raw rice. Then you soak the raw rice for 2-3 hours or over night. Then you strain the water & add the cooked rice on it & take it 4 grinding(engine) at this point you can add half of the yeast & the remaining half later.

After the grinding add in the baking powder, salt & sugar, cover & allow to rise in a warm place when it rises you will notice bubbles on top & if its a bit watery you can add flour to thicken it. Then you heat your masa pan & add some oil then scoop 1 serving spoon at a time & add onto each hole fry the flip when the other side is brown then you serve.
  3. As for my pepper soup dipping i wash my chicken & add into a pot with small amount of water i on the heat chop some onions, add some salt then ginger & i cover it to start cooking. Then i grind the scotch pepper, red bell pepper & onion i added it then i crush the black pepper, cloves, garlic with some locust beans (daddawa) add every thing into the cooking pot i went ahead to add my seasonings i.e maggi, salt, onga stir it well add 1 serving spoon oil & cook untill its done😋😋😋😋
