  2. Prepare 1 medium sized onion chopped

  6. Get 1 tsp jaggery

  1. In a kadai, take half amount of oil and heat it. To this add red chillies and roast them for a minute.
  2. Now remove them in a bowl. Cool them.
  3. In the same kadai, add remaining amount of oil. Once hot, add chopped onions and roast till brownish in colour. Switch off the flame. Let it cool.
  4. Now in a mixer jar, take roasted chillies,onion and all the remaining - ingredients. Grind it into a coarse paste. - Your spicy nistyachi chutney is ready.
