- Boil cauliflower in water for 5 minute and darin it's water on kitchen towel. Grind it. Grind paneer also.
- Paneer and cauliflower put in a plate then add pepper powder, salt and maida to it and mix them all together to make a dough.
- Soak Cashew nuts and kashmir red chilli for 30 minutes then make smooth paste.
- Take a pan add ghee, add jeera, black pepper, dalchini, javitri, Elaichi to it, now add onions, green chilli,, ginger garlic cook it then tomatoes. Cool them and make a paste.
- Take pan. Pour oil in pan. Add grinded paste, cashews nut chilli paste, all pawder spices, sugar and salt in it. Mix it well then let it cool down.
- Take the paneer cauliflower daugh and roll it, then spread some prepared spice over it.
- Now roll it and then cut it a little bit thicker. Your cauliflower roll is ready.
- Then add 2cup water and salt. Cook it. Now add kasuri methi, kevra essence, fresh cream.
- Slowly add cauliflower roll in garvy and cook it for 5 min.
- Serve it hot with paratha, roti or rice.
