  1. Take 250 gms Paneer Cubes
  2. Get 3 tbsp Corn Flour + 1 tbsp Corn Flour

  5. Prepare 1 cup Spring Onion Greens
  6. Get 1/2 cup chopped Onion bulbs
  7. Get 8-10 finely chopped Garlic Cloves

  10. Make ready 1 tbsp Chilli Sauce
  11. Take 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  12. Get 1/2 tsp Black Pepper

  14. Take 2 tbsp Oil for stir frying Paneer
  15. Prepare 2 tbsp Oil to toss
  16. Make ready 3 tbsp Water
Steps to make Paneer Chilli Dry:
  1. Take a pan, add 2 tbsp oil, let the oil heat up and add the paneer cubes. Cook it until golden brown from all sides. Keep aside.
  2. Take a wok/pan, heat 2 tbsp oil on medium to high flame, add Onion, Ginger and Garlic, saute for a minute. Do not overcook.
  3. Now add chopped Spring onion and spring onion greens and diced capsicum. Saute for 1 more minute.
  4. Now add 1 tbsp Chili Sauce, 1 tbsp Soy Sauce, 1/2 tsp Black Pepper powder and salt as per taste.
  5. In a bowl mix, 1 tbsp corn and 3 tbsp Water and make a slurry, add into the mixture
  6. Add the shallow fried paneer, give it a nice mix. Stir continuously on high flame for about a minute else the corn flour mixture will stick at the bottom.
  7. Serve hot and garnish with spring onion.
