  1. Get 5 tbsp beef stock bouillon (Harvest Vietnamese Pho brand)
  2. Take 1 sliced onion (two thin slices)
  3. Make ready 3 scallion stems, chopped
  4. Take 1 thin beef strips (extra thin)
  5. Prepare 1 Fresh cilantro
  6. Get 1 lime, halved
  7. Get 1/2 pkg rice noodles
  8. Get 1 Fresh basil
  9. Prepare 5 cup water
  10. Make ready 1/2 cup bean sprouts
Instructions to make Sultan's Fast Pho:
  1. Bring water to boil
  2. Add beef stock & onion. Allowing onion to soften (1-2) min (we like a kick of flavor. You can use less bouillon stock to taste)
  3. Add noodles, lime juice, cooking according to pkg (usually less than 5 min)
  4. Typically, you would add meat raw and let broth cook in serving dish. Our Halal butcher cuts strips slightly thicker, so we sear the meat in a small pan for 2min each side (optional pinch of cumin/cloves). Once cooked add to broth
  5. Place in serving dish, topping with chopped cilantro, chopped scallions, basil, bean sprouts, and lime
  6. Optional fresh chopped jalapeño and lime slices
