I did alter the recipe a lot. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels. Place the chicken thighs and jerk seasoning in a large bowl and toss until well-coated. Remove the pan from the heat, place the chicken skin-side up on top of the rice (add any juices accumulated on the plate), and top with the thyme sprigs.

  5. Now add water and cook until gravy thickened… now sprinkle fresh coriander…
  6. For rice: In a pot add water and salt… bring it to boil now add rice and cook until rice cooked strain rice with a strainer… now cover and simmer for 2 minutes…rice is ready…
  7. For salad : cut all veggies on cubes…. now sprinkle black pepper and lemon juice on it… mix well.. salad is ready…
