- Get 80 gram Semolina/sooji

- In a large vessel, pour milk. Give it a boil.
- Now add semolina and sugar and stir continusly for 5 to 7 minutes.
- Add mawa and mix well. Make sure you stir continusly. It will prevent to burn it from the bottom side.
- When kheer looks thick, then switch off the flame and cool it down.
- Add pistachios and almonds.
- Serve to your little loved ones.
