Instructions to make Radzzz Orange/Pineapple Chicken:
  1. Season Chicken breast with Salt and Pepper
  2. Add paprika to flour and mix. Place diced chicken breast into flour mixture and coat well.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and place chicken in oil. Fry until crispy golden brown. Drain on paper towel.
  4. Place a small dab of butter in a seperate pan over heat. Add onion,garlic and escellion. You may add a little ginger or hot pepper for added flavour. Turn to low heat and add in orange juice and sugar.
  5. Add ketchup and orange rind and bring to a boil..let cook until starts to thicken then place chicken piece in the sauce and coat well.Turn off heat and let rest for 2 minutes. Serve with rice, potatoes or dish of your choice. Enjoy!!!
  6. If you prefer pineapple chicken then replace orange juice and orange rind with equivalent pineapple juice and 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
