  1. Boil the meat with a pinch of salt. Once its ready put it aside.

Use another cooking pot chop ur onions in ring form,add some cooking oil,let it cook till its golden brown add ur meat, then add some salt stir well then add ur crushed galic stir and cover for 5min. Add 3 spoons of pilau masala,stir completely then add 3spoons of soy sous stir and cover for 10 min to brown the meat.
  3. Boil 1 liter of water and add into the pot,stir well then wash ur rice and add it to the mixture. Cover it and let it cook on low heat.
  4. Wash ur onion and tomatoes.Cut them into cubs,mix them in a bowl well then add apinch of salt and one spoon of vinegar. Let it set in the fridge as u wait for the rice to cook.
  5. Once the pilau is ready portion it well and then add ur salad and its ready to eat. A glass of cold mango juice would be the best to finish up with.

If any pilau is left over, store in the fridge for up to two days. Shape into small patties, and pan fry with a little oil and serve with ketchup or a relish of your choice. Great use of beef stew meat! Wonderful beef stew with coriander, coconut and tomatoes. This is a dish from East Africa, but has lots of Indian influence.
