- Add flour to sauce, reduce heat to simmer, cover, and let thicken for 5-7 minutes. Stir often.
- When rice is done, remove from heat and drain excess water and plate. Remove sauce from stove top, pour over rice. Garnish with roasted red peppers if desired.
