  3. Rice. On another sufuria, add water then place it on a stove.. once the water starts to boil add the rice, some salt then stir.. add the thick oily pilau mix. Continue stirring until the water content is no more. Reduce the heat and cover the rice. food should be ready in 40 min.
  4. Food is ready serve then add some salads

If any pilau is left over, store in the fridge for up to two days. Shape into small patties, and pan fry with a little oil and serve with ketchup or a relish of your choice. I use beef instead of chicken in my pilau but it can also be made plain with no meat at all. Add the Beef and then the pilau mix. Let the spices burn a bit and add salt.
