  5. Grind drained rice 1/2tsp of water to make a smooth batter.
  6. Add ground rice to boiled milk.mix and cook till rice is done and mixture thickens stirring occasionally.
  7. Add sugar mix and cook till it melts and mixture thickens.add cardamom powder to the phirni and mix well.remove from heat and bring down to room temperature.
  8. Pour the phirni into the spring bottom cheesecake tin filling half of it.garnish with almond and pistachio and refrigerator for 2 to3 hours.
  9. Demould the phirni and cut into the roundles using a medium size cookie cutter.
  10. Place a medium size cookie cutter on a serving platter.put some biscuit crumb press and demould.
  11. Place phirni cake roundles on top of biscuits.and place soaked malpua on the side.
  12. Garnish with some cherry, pistachio, almond slices and rose petals…serve emidietly..
