- Wash your beans to remove the peel. Wash your fish with warm water and salt. Grate your pepper and shombo. Boil your meat. Set each of them aside neatly.
- Pour the washed beans into the pot add reasonable quantity of water put it on fire and add onions to enable it get cooked on time.
- Allow beans to cook perfectly into paste.
- Add boiled meat, fish, pepper/shombo, salt, seasoning, locust beans and palm oil. Stir and cover it up to cook for about 10 to 15 minutes.
- You can serve with any solid meal of your choice. I served mine with poundo yam. Many Bassa Nge people would love to have this with Ije rogo (cassava meal) or Ije shinkafa (rice meal). You can also decide to just eat it like that, it's supper yummy.
