  1. Add oil to a kadai and add coconut and saute for a min. Then add coriander seeds, cumin seeds, red chilli and saute it.
  2. Now add takarind, coriander leaves and saute it for a while. Cool it down and transfer to a mixie jar.
  3. Add salt and roasted peanuts and grind to a smooth paste by adding required water.
  4. Add oil to a pan. Once hot add mustard seeds. Once it splutters, add curry leaves and turn off flame. Pour this over the chutney. Yummy peanut coriander chutney is ready to be served with some crispy dosas.
