- In a wok put 1 tbs oil, fry the pork sausages until well brown then lift them out onto a chopping board, sliced thickly and place them into a plate and set aside. In a pot fill with water boil the noodles, add pinch of salt and cook al dente. Drain under a tap of water, set aside. In the same wok heat 2 Tbs oil, add garlic, mushrooms, french beans sliced, leeks, green onions, grated carrots, parsley & fresh red chili and stir-fry 2'. Turn off, transfer.
- On the wok heat & boil 1 cups water, then add 2 tbs soy sauce,1/2 lemon juice,stir well,then add the cooked veges, the cooked beef, the cooked noodles & cornstarch mixture to thicken the gravy& mix well together then lastly add the fried chorizo,1 tbs sesame oil and mix to combine all together.Taste the season then remove.Scoop out into individual bowl, decorate with basil leaves on top bowl. Then scatter the chopped peanuts. To serve with Sambal Oelek or Jamaican Chili sauce.πππΆπ₯
