- Marinate chicken pieces with salt,black pepper powder,lemon juice, curd and tomato ketchup for 3-4 hours or preferably overnight.
- Add ginger and garlic paste and microwave for 5 minutes or till chicken is soft.Make a batter of cornflour, maida, garlic paste,salt,orange red food colour.Dip the chicken pieces in the batter and fry them in batches.Set aside.
- In the remaining oil fry few curry leaves and set aside.Fry chopped garlic and add the curry paste or the masalas alongwith ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder.
- Now add the fried chicken along with the leftover juices while microwaving chicken.Toss in the leftover cornflour batter,green chillies and fried curry leaves.
- Serve with lemon rice,jeera rice, roti,paratha or simply as a starter.
